Bear Teapot

I had been watching closely this Buy-It-Now auction for days until someone decided to snatch the title of "owner" from me. I should have gotten it before...

eBay

on the bad note i currently owe eBay more than i have in my checking account, even thought i have already paid for some items this week. i guess i might have to ask mother for money & she probably going to say how addicted to eBay & irresponsible i am. I have a serious obsession for vintage kitchenware, don't ask my why.
p.s does anyone beside my mom read my eBay blog, i feel i have a no audience.

Orla Kiely Dressing & Obsessing

One of the reasons why I love eBay is... because I can get items that sold out in store or items I missed out on. Last January I saw the very sought after eBay Anthropologie Orla Kiely dress on sale for $100. I really regret missing out on it because its selling on eBay for almost $200 even if its in used condition. I have gotten outbidded on several occasions... : (

THIS SOLD FOR ONLY $34, VERY CHEAP FOR WHAT THESE VINTAGE PRINT DRESS REALLY SELL FOR. I FORGOT TO SIGN IN MINUTES BEFORE....

IN THE LAND OF GIANTS

In the land of giants everything is smaller

OK, I admit it! Sometimes I don't read the measurements or even acknowledge them on the listings. I more of a visual person. But that doesn't justify sellers to take advantage of this. Yesterday I received this pirate picture holder from eBay. All I remember reading from listing was "CUTE PIRATE PICTURE HOLDER", so I thought "it must be big enough for an actual picture." The seller sent a quite big of the box for a 2 inch tall pirate-that I figured out by going back and reading listing. This also happen to me when I bought an 8 inch ugly doll for $20 when I could of bought a much taller & uglier doll in a store for about the same price. So I figured the trick sellers use to allure visual buyers "USING BIGGER PICTURES MAKES THE ACTUAL ITEM SEEM BIGGER THAN IT REALLY IS." Really its a no brainer!

Blushing Apples Gets an Apple ibook

I have always love apple computers, just the word "apple" by itself sounds cute. They remind me of the computers my school used to have. Well last week i received this apple ibook blueberry Clamshell laptop that i won on eBay after several outbids for more than $200. It turned out that the computer DID NOT turn on, calmly i contacted the seller because apparently the ac adapter didn't work, he was kind enough to send another one that just arrived today. But before I received it i was tempted to buy one which i did -IT COST ME $40. I plugged it to the computer and it did turn on, but when it was disconnected from the ac adapter it wouldn't turn on--TRANSLATION--THE BATTERY IS DEAD! I need to purchase another one soon. Unfortunately the seller did not guaranteed the life of the battery. Another problem i encounter is that the Cd case wont open easily.

I HATE EBAY
